Serenbe Showhouse Tours

Tour the 10th Annual Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship with Art Farm at Serenbe. 

The Serenbe Showhouse is open to the public for ticketed self-guided tours beginning September 29, 2023. Select a day for your ticket, arrive anytime between 10am-4pm (and enjoy the Showhouse as long as you like). Same-day return visits are allowed as space permits. There is no need to print your ticket; the docent at the door will look up your name and check you in.

Private Tours: Private group tours are available Monday - Wednesday by appointment, starting at $400 for up to 10 people. Private tours must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Email showhouse@serenbe.com for details and to book your private tour.

The 10th Annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse is two homes that look out over the Mado Hamlet. The entryway features a dramatic 19-ft vaulted ceiling leading into open main-level living, dining, and kitchen, the latter featuring bespoke cabinetry and elevated finishes selected by Pamela Stakemann of South Haven Builders. Multiple private porches off the back of the homes offer stunning treetop views.

Sip n' Stroll Fridays - 4:00–5:30 p.m. at The Showhouse

$45 per person. Can add on to your regular ticket for $10.

Enjoy bottomless bubbly while you tour The Showhouse after hours.

DIRECTIONS + PARKING

The address for the 2023 Serenbe Designer Showhouse is 1176 Lupo Loop, Chattahoochee Hills, GA 30268.

Parking is along Lupo Loop* in Mado.

*Please avoid parking spaces that say RESERVED or No Parking, or that have cones in them.

From Atlanta: Take I-85 South to Exit 69, toward GA-14 spur W and follow signs for South Fulton Parkway. Continue along South Fulton Parkway for 12.7 miles and make a left onto Cochran Mill Road, which ends at Hutcheson’s Ferry Road. Turn right and continue for 2.1 miles, where you will make a left onto Atlanta-Newnan Road. The main entrance for Serenbe (Selborne Lane) is one mile down on the right. Once you’re in Serenbe, go to the 3-way stop in the Crossroads and turn left onto Tabb Way, then left onto Lupo Loop. Follow signs for parking; the 2023 Showhouse will be on your right.
