Serenbe Showhouse Tours 2026
Tour the 13th Annual Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Serenbe Designer Showhouse, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship with the Art Farm at Serenbe.
The Serenbe Showhouse is open to the public for ticketed self-guided tours beginning October 1, 2026. Select a day for your ticket, arrive anytime between 10am-4pm (and enjoy the Showhouse as long as you like). Same-day return visits are allowed as space permits. There is no need to print your ticket; the docent at the door will look up your name and check you in.

Private Tours: Private group tours are available Monday - Wednesday by appointment, starting at $400 for up to 10 people. Private tours must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Email showhouse@serenbe.com for details and to book your private tour.
The 13th Annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse is a thoughtfully crafted estate home that blends style and function in all the right ways. Designed by Serenbe Planning and Design with interiors by Mister + Mrs Sharp and built by Phillip Clark, this warm and inviting home is tucked into Serenbe’s picturesque hamlet Overlook.
This elegant four-bedroom home will feature the work of 12+ talented designers and include a curated pop-up shop, all overlooking preserved woodlands making it a must-visit for anyone who loves great design.

Sip n' Stroll Fridays
4:00–5:30 p.m. at The Showhouse
$45 per person. Can add on to your regular ticket for $10.
Enjoy bottomless bubbly while you tour The Showhouse after hours.

Parking is along Serenbe Lane* in Overlook.
*Please avoid parking spaces that say RESERVED or No Parking, or that have cones in them.
From Atlanta: Take I-85 South to Exit 69, toward GA-14 spur W and follow signs for South Fulton Parkway. Continue along South Fulton Parkway for 12.7 miles and make a left onto Cochran Mill Road, which ends at Hutcheson’s Ferry Road. Turn right and continue for 2.1 miles, where you will make a left onto Atlanta-Newnan Road. The main entrance for Serenbe (Selborne Lane) is one mile down on the right. Once you’re in Serenbe, go to the 3-way stop in the Crossroads and turn left onto Tabb Way, then right onto Serenbe Lane. Follow signs for parking and continue through Mado and into Overlook. Park on Serenbe Lane and follow the signs on Winston Way to the showhouse.

REFUND POLICY & DISCLAIMERS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Serenbe Designer Showhouse does not offer Exchanges, Refunds or Rainchecks on any items offered for sale online or at the door unless force majeure prevents from performing its contractual obligation.
The showhouse is not handicap-accessible. Strollers, Scooters and children ages 10 and under are not allowed inside the homes.
Serenbe, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, and their employees and representatives assume no liability for "bodily injury" or "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury" arising out of the actual or alleged transmission of a communicable disease.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, or if you are unhappy with the quality of the product, please retain the original shipping box and all packing materials and contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing orders@serenbe.com
Unopened, unused items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery (with the exception of food products). All non-food products will incur a 15% restocking fee.
We will provide you with a return authorization number from orders@serenbe.com. Once obtained, pack and return items in original condition, include the provided RMA number.
FURNITURE
Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. Please note any damages at the time of delivery.
Please fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any damage or defect to our customer experience team within 48 hours of receipt, so that we may file a claim and include it in your customer documents.
RETURN SHIPPING
Our customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to the sender. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificate purchases are non-transferrable and non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns on food products that have been opened.
